IIT Madras Notification Eligibility Criteria
As per IITM Notification 2024, candidates should have fulfilled the educational qualification mentioned below to apply for these posts.
- Superintending Engineer – Applicants must have B.E/B.Tech OR M.E/M.Tech degree from a University/Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Junior Technician – Candidates should have completed 3 year Diploma in Engineering OR Post SSLC with two years ITI with 60% marks & Experience also required.

Selection Process
