A total of 60,244 vacancies are available in the major job recruitment program for Police Constable in UP. Out of these, 24,102 jobs are open for anyone to apply. There are no special requirements.
Then, there are special spots reserved for various groups: 6,024 for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), 16,264 for OBCs (Other Backward Classes), 12,650 for SCs (Scheduled Castes) and 1,204 for STs (Scheduled Tribes).
