As per the latest announcement by the Union Public Service Commission on December 20, 2023, the upcoming National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I) is scheduled to take place on April 21, 2024.
The examination process will unfold across two sessions: a morning session from 10 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by an afternoon session running from 2 PM to 4:30 PM.
Applicants attending the NDA and NA (I) Examination are required to carry a clipboard or hardboard, which must be free of any writing, and a black ballpoint pen for recording their responses on the given answer sheet.
Each examinee will receive an answer sheet along with additional paper for rough calculations or notes. It is important to note, as indicated in the commission’s official notice, that there will be a penalty for inaccurately marked answers on the multiple-choice question papers.
UPSC NDA Admit Card Release Date
The Union Public Service Commission will shortly release the NDA and NA Exam 1 hall tickets on its official website in the second week of April 2024. The purpose of this recruitment is to appoint eligible candidates to a total of 400 openings.
The available positions are distributed as follows: 208 for Army candidates, 42 for the Navy, 120 for the Air Force, and 30 for the Naval Academy.
